The Underdark's Deep Wastes lay beneath the Dalelands and the Moonsea. Here drow worship their Spider Queen Lolth and plot against the hated surface world, but something new has arisen... Fire giants have taken the undercity of Maerimydra... and a dark power of self-indulgence and narcissism spreads madness... Who dares enter such subterranean realms?
Although there is no cover charge for this event, because the venue is a bar/restaurant, players should factor in ordering brunch (see menu at http://www.lovecraftnyc.com plus drink specials on-site).
We're using 5th edition Dungeons & Dragons with multiple DMs running open tables. You can download the basic rules (with 4 classes, 4 races) for free at http://bit.ly/1EzS3Uq -- new/returning players welcome, pre-gen characters and everything provided but bring dice if you got 'em along with food/drink money.
UPDATE: WE STILL NEED DUNGEON MASTERS! We've lowered the initial RSVP list ahead of a waitlist to keep the table manageable, but if more people are interested in helping run games, we can take more players! Let us know!
