Most of my client engagements involve data. I began my career my as a brand builder (Procter & Gamble advertising etc) and then became somewhat of a geek along the way with things centered around data... building databases, creating marketing infrastructures, launching analytics tools (for clients and to create better marketing mousetraps for the brands I've managed).

Where do you work (company, institution) or study (school) and what do you do?

Here's the bio.... As VP of Marketing and Audience Development at Penton, a business information company, Brad led analytics, research and the digital transformation of marketing for 60 brands in 15 industries. Prior to Penton, Brad was VP and General Manager of ThomasNet, a marketing platform for manufacturing firms, where he revamped the flagship product, increased leads and launched analytics services for thousands of clients. At LexisNexis, he helped create the software division and led the growth strategy for the marketing solutions division which grew revenue by 55% to $170MM. In the late 1990’s, Brad ran marketing and was GM of International Operations at CDNOW, a top e-commerce brand (now part of, which grew revenue from $6MM to $100MM. He also was VP of Marketing for Bolt, one of the web’s first social networks. He has an MBA from NYU and a B.S. from Cornell University.
