This is a story about a bunch of quirky strangers who just wanted to have their simple need in their lives met: food. Once that need was fulfilled, they discovered themselves laughing so hard, other people never suspected they have just met. So, these quirky strangers became quirky friends who wanted to do quirky things that life has to offer.

We live in the daily grind of stress and work politics and find ourselves having to be an adult when in reality we are all kids at heart. Let’s get together, explore what NY and other parts of the world have to offer whether it is food, movies, hiking, sports, horseback riding, and many many more – let’s live life the way it is meant to be lived and develop a friendship along the way.

We can’t focus on one theme – we are too quirky for that – but what we enjoy is getting together, meeting new friends, and exploring new and old ideas, either we were too afraid to venture or didn’t have the opportunity. However, if we were to be boxed into a theme, it would be food with a heavy emphasis on: we do not limit ourselves to just Korean or just Asian cuisine, we believe in equal opportunity!

Likewise, we do recognize that the title has Korean American – but please do not be restricted by it. The KA is just simply who we are as organizers (and one who embodies a KA) so we open the invitation to all.
