good cafes for coding

Dear OCaml List,

At a previous event we discussed the idea of having casual coding sessions at cafes. At least one experienced OCaml programmer would be present, so it would be an opportunity to ask questions and not get stuck on small things. Or you can just code on your own while having good coffee. Most likely these sessions would be on weekend mornings or afternoons.

We need your help in selecting locations. Do you know cafes: with good wifi, that don't mind laptop users lingering for hours, that are close to a subway stop, that have a reasonable amount of space to sit, where it is not too busy to get tables, and where the coffee and pastries are good. I know it's a lot to ask for! That's why I'm mailing the whole list. Please send us your suggestions. Ideally, we can find several options in different areas of Manhattan and Brooklyn.
