Whether you call it soccer, football, or futbol, it’s all the same! The same sport, the same passion!
We are a CO-ED group made up of soccer, football, futbol fanatics and newbies who just want to get together with others for very informal, organized, laid back soccer pick-up games. We play soccer in Manhattan; it’s great to play soccer, football, futbol in New York City, with people from all over the country and the world!!!
The objective is to have fun, socialize, get a nice workout, enjoy the care-free atmosphere, maybe pick-up some soccer moves, and if you’re lucky, build lasting relationships. I have met some of my closest friends through meetups.
We also try to support youth soccer through our NYC SOCCER KIDS FOUNDATION, we have already donated new soccer balls and hope to give more!
It’s a very relaxed atmosphere, but please adhere to the following:
1. Absolutely no violent plays, side tackles, or sweeps will be tolerated.
2. We all have to arrive on time, so we can play a full roster game.
3. Always bring a full white t-shirt and a red t-shirt, so we can distinguish
between teams.
4. And, most important of all: HAVE FUN!!
