Who's the speaker?

Karin Björkén is the leader of Spotify's Agile Coaching Team and a hands on Scrum Master / Agile Coach for two of Spotify's development squads in Stockholm, Sweden. Ms. Björkén joined Spotify as their first full time Scrum Master in 2010 when the tech department was about 50 people in total. Since then Spotify's tech team has grown 3x and has transformed into a large scale Agile environment. Ms. Björkén is now responsible for the Agile process of over 100 developers, 12 product owners and 5 agile coaches Before Spotify Ms. Björkén worked as a Scrum Master at bwin, one of the world's largest online gaming companies.
