NYCitymap also appears to provide PLUTO data in easily parsable JSON format, see: http://ideas.topplabs.org/wiki/NYCityMap

Under Geographic Data, Agency=DOITT, there is a Building Perimeter Outline geodatabase.  You can join this data to your DOB data by BIN to get the polygon building outlines.  If you prefer to use a single center point you can use a GIS to provide a center point for each polygon.
