Each move is broken down to make it easy to do, and handouts, videos, and other instructional materials are provided so you can practice at home in our FB group tinyurl.com/tandavafb.
• What to bring
Please wear comfortable clothes. A cropped or fitted top is preferred so you can see upper-body movements more clearly. We dance barefoot, or in dance slippers or grip socks. No sneakers, please.
• Important to know
This is a basic level class, providing technique fundamentals. Layering options are added for more experienced dancers.
