Lecture Contrasting the English Language and American Sign Language

Details
Josue will give a lecture contrasting English and American Sign Language. This will be an exciting lecture for the Contrastive Linguistics Association because it will focus on a non-verbal language for the first time.
Josue will give the talk in English (not in ASL).
The last 20 minutes may be used for attendees to practice ASL.
The meetup will take place at TRS Processional Suites on the 11th floor. The address is 44 East 32nd Street between Madison Avenue and Park Avenue.
Doors open at 5:30pm. The lecture begins at 6:00 and goes to 7:15. We must exit the room by 7:30.
We do not charge a fee but we do "pass the basket" (take a collection) to cover part of the expenses.
I usually get dinner afterwards. Everyone is invited to join me but each must pay his own way.
The room holds 25 people. Since we may promote on more than 1 webpage of Meetup.com, more people may attend than appear to have RSVPed "yes" on either webpage.
