Privacy & The Internet of Things

With 10's of billions of connected devices coming online over the next decade, an unprecedented volume of data from diverse sources will be generated. A significant portion of this data generated by these consumer and industrial devices and applications will be collected and stored, either temporarily or permanently. This raises a plethora of issues around privacy rights, the concerns of customers and protection against unintended consequences resulting from the misuse or release of raw data or insights garnered from that data.

At this event we will explore Privacy & IoT legal and product points of view through a panel discussion which will address privacy considerations when developing IoT applications. Please find the bios of panel participants below.
