I started on my raw food journey in June of 2008.
It's a tie between my raw blueberry pie and my date nut torte. Obviously i have a major sweet tooth! : )
I'm currently about 80% raw, but my goal is to be thriving on a 100% raw food. It's been quite a rollercoaster ride the past 18 months.
The amazing changes that your body goes through. I wanted to heal myself of my dry skin and obesity.
