Talk is Cheap, Play the Game: NY Giants 29 - Ny Jets 14

After a much anticipated city rivalry that had so much trash talking - it redefined the New Jersey waste management industry - The New York Football Giants defeated the Jets and kept their division and playoff hopes alive.

Personally, it was a great holiday gift watching the Giants offense explode from the 1 yard line with a solid pass from Eli Manning to Victor Cruz for an incredible 99 yard TD. The often exposed Giants D played an incredible game with relentless pressure and consistent coverage that did not give up a big play. It was a well balanced D that had NY Giants fan wishing they played at that intensity and organized a few months ago. It's time to move on and keep marching forward...

Sunday night’s game featuring the New York Giants and the Dallas Cowboys is a winner take all match for the NFC East Championship.

The table is set for the Giants to return to the playoffs after a 3 year absence. It has certainly been a season of highs and lows for the GMEN. On offense, Eli Manning has been nothing short of ELITE caliber and now selected to the PRO BOWL that was made possible by a breakout year for Victor Cruz, Hakeem Nicks (drops and all), Jake Ballard making key receptions and the tandem of Bradshaw and Brandon (Full Beast Mode) Jacobs showing up in key games. On defense, does any name bring more excitement to Giants fans than JPP?. In an obviously defensively deficient season for the GMEN, number 90 has established himself as a PRO BOWL pass rusher and a person to be accounted for by opposing teams in the NFL. And with the apparent return of Justin Tuck, whose presence was very visible against the cross-town rival New York Jets, NY Giants Fan would say things are looking up for this defense. Tuck’s “return” and a simplified defensive game plan came at the right time.

NY GIANTS Win = the NFL Playoffs!

Defeating Dallas on Sunday Night is a must before any fans fantasize about a possible playoff berth. That’s right, the Giants have an opportunity to take the NFC East title this Sunday night and with it the number 4 spot in the NFC Playoffs, setting them up for a likely first -round home game against the Detroit Lions or Atlanta Falcons. THIS IS A HUGE TASK ON SUNDAY, and come watch the game at ACE's.

ACE'S - New York Giants Bar - San Francisco, CA

Sunday night’s game will be televised nationally so of course, you will have the option of sitting at home with your dog by your side if you want. True NY Giants Fans suggest that you come to Ace’s, where the atmosphere will be stadium-like, even though it’s a “school night”. This is Giants history we’re talking about! Bring your wife, girlfriend, father…it’s all good as long as they bleed blue…and REPRESENT. Come early (5:20 kickoff) and ***STUFF the front of Ace’s near the screens***. Take all of the stools, wear your blue Jerseys, and be ready to chant G-I-A-N-T-S…Giants! Do not allow any spiteful Cowboy fans to get near our screens. Any of them who are dumb enough to attend will probably exit (or be tossed) long before “ NEW YORK, NEW YORK “ can be heard playing in the bar. Oh, and have a wonderful New Year as well. ..just sober up by game time!

ACE'S - New York Giants Fans Unite San Francisco - Week 17 Kick off at 5:20PM PST
