Open House: 439 Bergen Street Masonry Retrofit

439 Bergen street, is in the middle of being gut renovated into a single family EnerPHit project. The airsealing is underway, and hasn't been covered up by sheetrock so is visible. The HRV installation is in progress as well, so this is the best time to see what make this building a Passive House. Please join us in a tour given by Architect Jane Sanders of this project and learn the ins and outs of creating a comfortable low energy house in a historic brick building.
