Passive House Meetup name and address change

In order to clarify the shift to the Meetup site becoming a social outreach tool of the NY Passive House Chapter, we have changed the name from 'Passive House NYC' to 'NY Passive House'.
This means that the link to our Meetup page has changed also to www.meetup.com/NYPassiveHouse.com
