What makes you different?

Wow, well...where to begin. I am a project oriented person and am very passionate when it comes to my interests and my art. The best and most recent example would be one of my recent endeavors into building a steampunk lamp for one of my best friends whom had recently gotten married. The lamp had no prior design, nothing laid on on paper for how it was going to look, I just simply began building using an old brass lamp purchased from a resale shop as my foundation. Cumulatively, it took me all of two days to complete (one does have to work to feed ones hobbies after all), though I spent every waking hour available to me until it was complete. Taking that into consideration, in summary, my interests are of great importance to me, and I love finding people with whom I can talk to about them, and share my knowledge or experience about said things with.

Do you have any specific interests in geekery?

Well, how to put this easily...I game, typically PC platform these days since I don't really own anything else. I role-play, tabletop mostly, though I have dabbled in LARP in the past. I consider myself an artist as well, and even created a website dedicated to such. Those who know me call me the 'Mad Professor' for fairly simple reasons...I love to build things. These days, those builds are of a steampunk nature, be that high voltage, or my soon-to-be attempts at boiler building, though most of my builds or designs are for aesthetic purposes. I'm simply looking for like minded people to get to know considering my social life as of late has been DOA. I do hope that that can be the case here!

First off, let me say hello! My name is Keith, and I not only consider myself the president of the 'nerdery', but also a client! I find that your group massively peaks my interest simply because of the fact that I am into all of the very same.
