HI!!!

Our group is for the CREATIVE Collector. Those folks doing a service of keeping treasures out of the landfills.

The treasure hunter who wants to simplify, organize or sell some stuff.

Perhaps you are a (secret) DUMPSTER DIVER who may sneak around at night in the neighborhoods that have the greatest discarded items by the side of the road.

We just can't resist! I say WHY SHOULD WE????

You know who you are... Maybe you guys or gals? Ummm-ME!

I am starting this group to help myself and to help YOU.
We may have gathered more than we REALLY need and we simply don't have the room for it.

How many of you have storage units, or really need one?

Are you living in and around piles of things waiting for a home?

Are you walking over or bumping into stuff just not "put away yet" ?

When our space becomes unorganized, this GREAT stuff interrupts our life and created chaos instead of adding harmony.

We may have felt we were drowning in our TREASURES or overwhelmed. Sound familiar?

Rather than changing who we are, stopping this FLOW of gifts...it is better to work with our creative energy.

We are SPECIAL! We have a KNACK for gathering and collecting stuff.

This skill is actually a TALENT. A GIFT. Start to CHERISH it right now. Other people are really envious of us.

Our energy ATTRACTS wonderful objects and we will CAPITALIZE on our ABUNDANCE and put our shame and guilt in the past.

We will help each other move through chaos into order.

Our plan is to meet at each others homes and declutter them together and to share our successes and organizing resources.

If you prefer to be a satellite member, you can do the work yourself, and enjoy the support of the group long distance. Some people are not interested in having help de-clutter inside their home or simply live out of the area.

Everyone can submit their before and after photos. Please take them before starting any area you want to de-clutter.

Some of our new By-Laws:

We will be supportive to the emotional causes/results of our creative collecting in a non-judgemental way.

We will CELEBRATE our abundance and learn to PRIORITIZE what we want to keep.

We will learn to maintain ORDER without changing our creative nature.

We will witness each other transform shame and guilt into Self-Esteem and BALANCE.

Strength in numbers is best. The more of us helping will get the tasks done very fast.

A CREATIVE Collector.

Some of my reasons for collecting are:

I don't want to see stuff in a landfill or pollute the earth.

I have many creative ideas arising from a NEW discovery by the side of the road. Stuff I CAN'T resist. (ha ha)

I find GREAT buys at stores.

The problem is not the collecting, it is when the flow is interrupted.

Sometimes I have gotten overwhelmed with TOO MANY things I have not decided what to do with.

My apartment had become a LIMBO-LAND with assorted TREASURES not organized, not put away.

It became stressful.

TIME TO BREAK FREE! STOP procrastination. "Get Er Done"

I am organizing and simplifying my home and yard. I want to encourage you and share the positive results.

We can help each other establish and maintain a GREAT, CLEAN, FUN and ATTRACTIVE home.

Isn't it always easier to clean someone else's house??
