The Nashville Gluten Free Dinner Club & Mirko Pasta proudly invite you to attend: Nashville's Gluten Free Tuscan Tapas & Beer Event!

Sample exotic and finely crafted Gluten-Free Beers expertly paired with Tuscan, Italian inspired tapas (mini plates).

In this 5 course meal, you will feast on an array of delicious tapas perfectly paired with the best tasting gluten-free beers you've ever tried. This 5 course pairing will include a salad, choice of appetizer, 2 entrees and a dessert.

** Wine pairings will be available for those who do not drink beer. Dairy-free options will be available for all courses as well if you are dairy sensitive.

The cost of this spectacular event is $45 per person which includes entire meal, all beverages, tax & gratuity. We ask that you order your tickets in advance as the GF beers are being specially imported for this event. Food is being specially prepared as well, so we must have a head count in advance. Limited Seating Available. Fist come, first serve to RSVP. We have arranged for you to pay via PayPal when you RSVP for the event. Please specify if you require dairy-free options or if you would prefer wine over beer.

EVENT MENU

First Course

*Insalata di Spinaci – Fresh baby spinach, golden raisins, goat cheese with walnut honey balsamic vinaigrette dressing

Second Course – choice of:

*Mussels Arrabiata – Steamed mussels in a spicy tomato sauce with red onions and roasted peppers

OR

Carpaccio Cipriani – Thinly sliced raw beef with Worcestershire dressing, capers and shaved parmesan

Third Course – choice of:

Gluten Free Penne with Grilled Chicken Breast & Sorrentina Sauce (fresh diced tomatoes, basil, garlic, extra virgin olive oil and fresh mozzarella)

OR

*GF Spaghetti with Frutti di Mare Sauce (mixed seafood sauce containing scallops, calamari, clams, shrimp and mussels in a pomodoro sauce)

Forth Course – choice of:

Salmon Pesto with asparagus

OR

*Grilled Salmon with asparagus

OR

*Chicken Marsala with roasted potatoes and spinach

Fifth Course – choice of:

Gluten Free Chocolate Torte served with fresh berries and whipped cream

OR

*Fresh Fruit Sorbet
