Fermentation Workshop: Coconut yoghurt, 2nd Ferment kombucha and a surprise!

EatLiveLovefood is joining forces with experienced fermenter, Danah CooperBaron from Cool Vegan and Healthy Eats, to bring your knowledge of fermenting that further along.
We'll be talking in detail about the benefits of fermentation on your health (immunity, digestion and the brain) and making some exciting ferments.
Coconut yoghurt, 2nd ferment kombucha (great for those especially that have tried it before, but also for newbies) and then a 3rd surprise ferment.
All ingredients and jars will be supplied and the event will cost €35. Limited to 12 attendees (including Joyce and Danah). You'll also leave with an information booklet with recipes.
