Primal Playout with Darryl Edwards

Darryl - The Fitness Explorer returns to the US from London, England to lead a workshop for us, or as he calls them, "Playshops", with an introduction to primal movement and play called PRIMALity.

Darryl is a real cool guy, and you will have a blast with him and relearn how to create fitness out of fun like we all instinctively knew as kids!

I have attended Darryl's playshops and he is amazing and a leader in functional fitness.

A real pleasure to play and teach you how to focus on real inner strength. Thanks for all that could make it! Darryl.

A really awesome time with the group exploring something new! Darryl the International Fitness Explorer showed us all some amazing moves, how to get a better understanding and control of our bodies, and how to realize our strength and ability potentials. He is a master, and I am learning from him the way he learned from the 8 year old Sensai.
Thank you Darryl for the experience!

Had a great time and learned a lot. The value *far* exceeded what I paid for it. Can't wait to see the pictures. I already had next-day soreness half way through the workshop. If you didn't make it, you should definitely catch him the next time he's in town. Come back soon Darryl!

Thanks to Rob for organizing and to the other attendees for making it such a fun time. May the 8 year old shaolin guide your path :)

Darryl, this looks awesome. May not be able to make it (my book is coming out two days prior), but look forward to meeting you at AHS.

Any reason why it's around $80? Since it's taking place in a public space (central park) and you're charging money for it, you may need a permit.

Well no you absolutely have a right to make a living and of course you can charge whatever you want. However, I was surprised because for a 3 hour workshop in a public space it's definitely a lot. I can't help but automatically compare it to, say, a tango workshop given by a world champion in a dance studio, so the rent's included in the price.

I'm travelling from the UK and you are getting the creator of PRIMALity coaching you, this isn't available anywhere else. If you want to compare it. A tango workshop will only teach you how to be better at the tango. My Playshop will teach you far more about how to approach movement, it's philosophy and optimising fitness without sacrificing health - that's all included in the price too :-)

Feel free to ask me any questions about what will be covered, but rest assured it will be fun as well as serious play masquerading as hard work!
