Parrot Cemetery Spiritual Walk

Our outing for this month will be a bird spiritual walk highlighting the parrots of historic Greenwood Cemetery (http://www.green-wood.com/) in Brooklyn. As we walk we will have time for silence, discussion, reflections, poems, and oh yes, to see parrots and other birds! Given that we are in a Cemetery and also the time of year (Spring, Passover, Easter), our theme will be how spring and life follow winter and death. Thanks to Steve Baldwin for combining his monthly bird safari with the Meet Up groups of The Conservationist's Way and Nature as Spiritual Practice. Parking is free (and there is plenty of it) within the Cemetery - park near the main entrance as noted above.
