Volunteer & walk! Tigers on Market Street for Pollinator Week

Details
Nature in the City is combining forces Pollinator Partnership and San Francisco Recreation and Parks Department to plant nectar-rich flowers at Sue Bierman Park for the Western Tiger Swallowtail butterflies that have made Market Street and nearby parks, privately-owned public open spaces (POPOS) and plazas their home.
We will be planting nectar flowers at Sue Bierman Park from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. and taking a walk from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. to trace the butterfly's habitat from Sue Bierman Park, along Market Street, and into Yerba Buena Park.
Light snacks, gloves, and tools will be provided. Volunteers please bring water, wear sturdy shoes, apply sunscreen, and wear a sunhat.
