How can nonprofits break through the background noise and move people enough to close their laptops? Dogwood (http://dogwoodinitiative.org/) identifies strategic points of power that can be leveraged by British Columbians to take back decision-making power over their land and water. Then it's about organizing and showing up. Karl focuses on realizing this online and moving the action offline.
