RAIN CANCELS THIS EVENT
This promises to be a lot of fun. I plan on meeting at 2:00pm at the trailhead of Ashuelot rail trail for about 2 ½ hrs or biking. I will then go to dinner at 5:30 at The Pub Restaurant & Caterer, and finish off the evening with a couple of hours of listening to a few bands at the festival. I hope you join me on one or all of the activities.
While in Keene,I plan on biking about 12 miles the Ashuelot Rail Trail at 2:00 pm. This trail is 21.6 miles long, and is not paved, so a hybrid or mountain bike is necessary for this ride. Ballast, Cinder, Crushed Stone, and Dirt make up the surface of the trail. See link below for more information about the trail.
We will meet in the shopping center parking lot on Emerald St, directly across the trailhead, at 2:00 pm. When we are done with our ride, we can either bike to the festival, or walk to it. Let’s plan on getting together for dinner at 5:30 at The Pub Restaurant & Caterer at 131 Winchester St. See the link for menu:
I plan on being at the Festival at 7:00 pm. If you want to meet me, please call or text me to see what venue I am at. Cell[masked]-0897.
Now in its thirteenth year, the Keene Music Festival is a unique event in the New England area. Featuring over eighty bands at thirteen performance areas, the Keene Music Festival is one of the largest free music festivals around. The event features a wide array of musical styles, allowing the audience to walk around the downtown Keene area and listen to a wide variety of musical styles. It is truly a special day of music in a special town.
Performers are a mix of local and regional performers; both up and coming artists and "alumni" acts who enjoy coming back to be part of the event. The actual Keene Music Festival occurs every Labor Day weekend, and makes a wonderful way to end the summer season. The concerts start at 11:30 am and end at 10:00 pm.

I hope to see you in Keene!
Since this is a long commute I would like to offer a ride for one biker and two concert goers if you can meet me at Hannaford on Bridge St (Route 38) in Pelham. First come first serve. Just text me and let me know if you want to ride with me. I ask that anyone who can offer a ride to others just make a comment when they RSVP for this event.
There is no need to RSVP no.
