A New Approach to Metrics for Magento Ecommerce

What metrics should my company/clients use in Magento Ecommerce projects? Brad Schwarzenbach, Senior Strategist at Tippingpoint Labs will answer this question and others by showcasing how the changing web universe impacts the way brands measure online marketing success. Traditional web metrics (unique visits, pageviews) can't account for offsite activities and are completely unpredictive. What Tippingpoint Labs calls the "DAPRmetrics revolution" will enable brands to more accurately measure and predict business success online by using advanced analytics like aggregated reach and a measure we developed called “Online Brand Value.” Developers are the gatekeeper to providing a window into the critical insights these metrics offer stakeholders. We'll talk through how to build an effective user-friendly interface that easily integrates with the Magento platform.

The compilation of sources other than direct site hits and monitoring them is very intriguing.

Brad's presentation was fantastic. Companies would benefit from using his metrics to guide their creation of quality content that hits home. Nice job, thanks for organizing Patrick.

I give it 5 stars, but I'm a little biased.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
