Who is planning on camping Fenton Lake? We were thinking that we might stay Sat night after the race and goto the hot springs. Anyone else think they might want to do a joint camp night Friday or Sat night?

Weather forecast for Jemez Springs area updated 8:28 am on 14 May

Tomorrow: A shower or two possible early with partly cloudy skies in the afternoon. High 69F. Winds SW at 5 to 10 mph. Chance of rain 30%. As I recall, 30 % chance of rain was the same forecast we had last year and we definitely got wet, so don't forget the rain gear, all.

Thanks Kim and team, My sons and I had a great day. Ben has been telling every body about his day. He has been on the internet shopping for a new derailer looking at pros and cons and pricing. He is also working out how he is going to make the money for new parts.

Kim, Great course and loved all the mountain biking up the hills, the downhill into Fenton Park is always the highlight of the race -- made it up to 45 mph on the steepest section! My nails have never looked better too. Looking forward to next year's race!

Great race! Great racing partner! And, Great Googallymoogally, my legs and backside were sore for a few days afterward!! I learned a few more valuable lessons on this race, as well. I only hope that, next year, it's not on the same weekend as the Celtic Festival! (Hint, Hint!!)

Kim and her growing support team did an awesome job with this race. I can only imagine how many trips she had to make to Jemez (which is not too close to ABQ) to get everything in order. THANK YOU Kim. I had a great time. Although I now have nail polish on my gloves and shorts :)

WOW a what a fun game. The boys and I had a great time at our first Adventure Race. We didn't get to all the CPs but we were back in camp before 2:30 and nobody had to come get us. We are looking forward to Cochiti. Thanks Kim and team for putting on a great event.

This race was a blast! I think Kim did an excellent job setting eveything up and I know everyone enjoyed the course. I'm still trying to figure out how we were able to race in a loop but somehow it was 90% uphill.
