Let's Meetup to Discuss: "Buy-and-Hold/Rentals"

[CHANGE IN LOCATION, TOPIC] Experienced real estate investors: Please join us for our 4th Mastermind Meetup! We will be meeting on the SECOND Saturday in April, the 9th, at 10am (we usually meet on the first Saturday).

Note that we will be having TWO meetups that day: First this one, on "Buy and Hold Strategies: Tips and Tricks on Maximizing Your Rentals". Followed by a separate meeting two hours later, 12pm, in Rio Rancho to discuss "Fix and Flip" investing, upgrades, and repairs. Feel free to attend both, but please RSVP separately to each.)

At each Mastermind Meetup, we go around the room and introduce ourselves. Then the host describes his or her project, including "the numbers." The audience asks lots of questions of the host. We then share "tips and tricks" and ideas we have for the discussion topic. After that, we can do "haves and wants." It's a great chance to network with and learn from other investors and hear what's working for others.

A reminder: Unlike all the other local REI groups, ours is non-profit/non-commercial and there is never a charge for joining or meeting. We don't allow "pitching" of Realtor services, wholesale deals by professional wholesalers, for-profit courses and mentorship programs, landscaping services, rehab services, etc. If you're a wholesaler or Realtor or service provider, feel free to come (as long as you own at least one investment property), but save the pitching for private networking before or after the meeting. Thanks for understanding that this is a key attribute that sets us apart.
