Every website has to address the issue of URL management. Whether you are trying to map resources using Sling's ResourceResolver or modify the generated links on a page as they appear through a web server proxy, it's easy to find yourself scratching your head wondering what's really happening under the layers of CQ5/AEM.
In this meeting, we'd like to explore real-world examples to illuminate the inner workings of CQ5/AEM's link management mechanisms. Specifically, we will discuss custom link rewriters, /etc/maps/ and all that, rewrites, headers, and how to play nice with the Apache web server.
