CQ5 URL Bootcamp: Link rewriters, map resolvers, and Apache server integration

This event will be a technical "deep dive" - come equipped with your code brain in place!

Every website has to address the issue of URL management. Whether you are trying to map resources using Sling's ResourceResolver or modify the generated links on a page as they appear through a web server proxy, it's easy to find yourself scratching your head wondering what's really happening under the layers of CQ5/AEM.

In this meeting, we'd like to explore real-world examples to illuminate the inner workings of CQ5/AEM's link management mechanisms. Specifically, we will discuss custom link rewriters, /etc/maps/ and all that, rewrites, headers, and how to play nice with the Apache web server.
