Volunteer Hosts Needed for July

From: Michelle

Hi Guys,

I am looking for one volunteer party hosts for one of the last two weeknds of July. I know this is pretty far off but it will be here before we know it! If you would like to host and are feeling extra ambitious there might also be room for a volunteer host  for the weekend of June 16th or June 23rd .

Before you decide whether or not you like to host a party please read the guidelines below:

To host a party you must live in the tri-state area, and be willing to have at least 8 guests in your home.

There are two basic types of meetups you can choose between.

1. Cooking together: To do one like this you need to have a pretty equip kitchen with pans etc. and space. This type of event is fun and interactive, but it is also a little messy, but I have found that paper plates help reduce the mess at the end..

2. Pot Luck Dinner: These easier to do. If you choose to do a pot luck dinner let me know if you would allow people do complete finishing touches in your house, or if they should just bring their dishes fully prepared.

You will also need to pick a theme for your party. You can come up with one of your own themes or use one of the following suggestions:

1. An Ethnic Dinner Party

2. Unusual Holidays

3. Historical Era

4. A Secret Ingrdient

5. Potluck from the Past- Favorite childhood dish

If you would like host please respond to this email with the following:

Type of Party and party theme

A Partial Address

The Date you would like to host

Amount of people you would like to have

And as always questions are welcome!

Thanks Guys!
