Bite sized happiness exercises

Please arrive 5 minutes before the start at 7:30pm. We will kick off with an introduction to five muscles that can be exercised for happiness and one or two very simple and quick exercises for each. Also we finish every meetup with 10 minutes of shares of your own exercises that work. During the exercises you will also get the opportunity to invite the group to help you solve a happiness problem. Suggested donation of $10 , which covers the cost of renting the space from the center.
