Social Media, Privacy and Internal Corporate Governance

Come hear our panel of distinguished in-house counsel speak about social media issues your organization will likely have to face. The discussion will include an overview of common social media issues and the context in which they tend to arise. Suggested best practices for dealing with privacy issues, as well as the use of social media within the corporate context will also be covered.

Our panel includes Brian Miller, General Counsel at MediaMath, Aja Baxter, General Counsel at EducationDynamics and Meredith Gordon, Corporate Counsel at Salesforce.

Our moderator, Charley Macedo, is Chairman of the Social Technet Patent Forum, which hosts an annual conference for in-house attorneys in New York. He is also a Partner at Amster, Rothstein & Ebenstein LLP. Mr. Macedo represents a wide variety of clients regarding all manner of intellectual property and technology-related issues.

Doors open and Networking begins at 6:30.
