Please join us as our speakers, Jeffrey Alberts (https://www.pryorcashman.com/lawyers/jeffrey-alberts.html), Head of the White Collar Defense and Investigations Group at Pryor Cashman (https://www.pryorcashman.com/), his partner Scott Schirick (https://www.pryorcashman.com/lawyers/e-scott-schirick.html) and former FBI Special Agent, Joseph Lawlor (https://www.k2intelligence.com/team/joseph-m-lawlor/) (currently of K2 Intelligence (https://www.k2intelligence.com/)), discuss how to respond to and manage a government investigation of your company or its employees. We will hear about how to respond to government agents or prosecutors who want to speak with employees, execute a search warrant or arrest an employee. We also will also learn about handling internal communications as a government investigation unfolds, and how we as in-house attorneys can prepare in advance to respond to law enforcement.

Registration begins at 6:30 PM.

The presentation will be given from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
