Founded
March 14, 2009

The group will discuss macro trends, ( as often used in scenario planning ), in a friendly, low-pressure environment. Macro trends are longer lasting trends that have the potential to radically change the status quo. Examples of macro trends are: the slow food movement, internet based social networks, crowd based intelligence, etc.. We will meet at restaurants or bars, during dinner hours or brunch. A topic and suggested readings list will be posted before each meetup. I hope this would be a great way to start an intellectual community, as well as provide opportunities for networking.
