This Meetup group is run by the New York-based wellness group, Vital Switch. Vital Switch offers a whole system of meditation which includes skills for stress relief and vitality management.

The technique presented in the New York Meditation meetup will be one which helps to boost mental clarity and get you in touch with your life force.

This is not based on any religion or dogma, rather it is a whole system of meditation skills that is developed for modern people who want to transform themselves.

Ideal for anyone interested in learning a regular meditation practice. It is also good for those interested in awareness techniques they can apply at work or at home while going about their daily activities.

The Vital Switch system will deliver stress relief, relief from burnout, help with chronic fatigue syndrome, improve mental clarity and alertness. It also offers tools for focusing at will, and methods to gain better sleep quality.

The New York Meditation Meetup is designed to give people an introduction to meditation techniques that are designed for modern people with busy lives.
