Live chat is a tool that can help online retailers achieve that harmonious blend, but how do they extend its functionality beyond service and use it to increase conversions and sales? His primary background includes 11 years of PR experience - primarily in tech, most recently with smaller sized companies, in both in-house and agency roles. He has also worked for City Running Tours, managing the company's NYC operation and assisting with ongoing PR, social media, marketing and branding initiatives. In his spare time hobbies include running, swimming, soccer, kickball, guitar, learning to cook, and learning to code.
