The Buddha's Path of Happiness

Details

Siddharta Gautama, or the Buddha, dedicated his life to find the antidote for suffering. From the result of his quest Buddhist philosophy was born. In this lecture we will focus on core tenets of Buddhist Philosophy, such as the four noble truths and noble eightfold path, the true meaning of Samsara and Nirvana and more. Through these concepts we will try to understand what is happiness and how can we use suffering and pain intelligently in order to grow and full/fill ourselves.
