!! GENERAL GUIDELINES !!

1 - Please restrict the events to the ones [1] where at least one member goes and [2] which might be of interest to NETT ( close enough, normal enough, events that NETT used to attend in the past)
2 - when you create an event send one email to the group announcing it so people know there's a new event, but do not set a reminder
3 - it might be a good idea to close the "registration" for an event/run/race several hours before the event (or the night before for early events) so that people can know for sure who comes or not
