New Tech Seattle

New Tech Seattle (formerly Seattle Tech Meetup) is the heart of Seattle tech where you'll connect with smart, fun, creative people from across the full spectrum of our tech community.

We'd love you to join us to experience Seattle's largest ongoing monthly event. On the 2nd or 3rd Tuesday of every month you'll enjoy great food and drinks, learn about new companies doing cool things, laugh, smile, and have a fun night out. And most importantly, you'll discover the people, partners, organizations, and resources to help you to build your dreams.

We believe that the Greater Seattle Area has the greatest tech community in the country, and the more we support our full tech ecosystem the more greatness we'll all experience and create together!

It's your community, we just love it and give everyone a place to play together.  This month, we're featuring the following Seattle companies doing great things with new technology:

Agenda:

5:30pm - Doors Open/Buffet/Drinks/Get to know your community
7:00pm - Event Begins

    Thanks for all the love so far about the rebrand. Did anybody else notice we rebranded Seattle Tech Meetup over to "New Tech Seattle" aka: NTS? ;-)

    Love the commitment, @Thubten!

    Since moving Rebls to Seattle in March, I've come to the last 6 New Tech Seattle (formerly Seattle Tech Meetup) events and share your sentiments regarding NTS bringing together the Seattle startup community's best and brightest. Look forward to seeing you again Oct 21.

    Tuesday's New Tech Seattle event was my 11th. I rent a car and drive to Seattle from Portland each and every month (3+ hours each way), spending one or more nights before heading home.

    "Why go to such expense (time and money) to participate in a meetup?" you might ask. I do it because I make great connections with awesome people about the amazing things they're doing.

    Each and every month I make connections, so each and every month I return. My businesses are growing, in large part because of the relationships I start at Seattle New Tech.

    When you see me on October 21st (or any subsequent event), please say hello. I look forward to connecting!

    @Thubten

    Please join us for "Pitch Perfect" at WeWork on September 16, at 1pm, for a “Lunch and Learn” on creating the best investor pitch, sponsored by Flowboard. We will look at the content, flow, and the actual design with experts who will give advice and feedback. We have two (or more) investors, James Maiocco (Microsoft Ventures) and Michael ‘Luni’ Libes (Fledge), and an expert presentation designer, Mark Rybak (Zum Communications). This will be a working session, so bring your Flowboard presentations, PowerPoint, or Keynote, and our experts will help fine tune your pitch. Lunch included.
