When anyone gets off a plane at SeaTac and says "I want to tap into the Seattle tech community," whoever they're talking to says - "You need to go to New Tech."
This is the place where you'll always make great connections, enjoy great food and drinks, learn about new companies doing cool things, laugh, smile, and have a fun night out. And most importantly, you'll discover the people, partners, organizations, and resources to help you to take your tech career or company to the next level!
It's your community, we just love it and give everyone a place to play together. Want to know more? Visit our website, Watch our past presentation videos (from companies you've never heard of as well as companies including Nordstrom, ebay, GoDaddy, Zillow, Moz and Microsoft) and recorded live streams of events on our YouTube page.
Thanks for joining the group. We look forward to seeing you at New Tech Eastside!
See you around town,
Brett Greene

May 16th Hot Topic – Improving Prioritization Skills
Adults with ADHD frequently prioritize less critical tasks on their to-do lists, a phenomenon dubbed "procrastivity." This tendency stems from the challenge of managing complex tasks. Cognitive behavioral therapy techniques can aid in overcoming procrastivity by teaching individuals how to effectively prioritize tasks. Join us for free, virtual meetup convening with other ADHD techies to uncover strategies to improve prioritization skills.Check out this article before the meetup:
You are not alone. Come join a community of peers where you can safely discuss your neurodiverse experiences with a supportive community of peers once month.
You can attend these virtual Meetups on the third Thursday of every month. The more Meetups you attend, the more peer connections you’ll make with other professionals who have neurodiverse brains like you. Instead of being lonely in your experience, come laugh, learn, and connect with your community.
Join us to be welcomed into a community that gets you and lives with similar neurodiverse brains.
During the Meetups we’ll share struggles as well as systems and strategies to overcome your executive functioning and working memory challenges like anxiety, overwhelm, miscommunication, interrupting, inattentiveness, stress, distractibility, procrastination, paperwork fails, imposter syndrome, having to mask your neurodiversity at work, and weak organization skills.
