Looking for play dates or something to do with/for your family?

Leave your day to day drama and stress behind and play with your kids!... or come out with other parents to unwind! Our play dates and events are public and private venue.  This group is a way to network and socialize but also a great 'one stop' resource for the Fairfield County Parent! 

What makes us different? What is all the hype?

No Drama Mammas and Pappas of Fairfield County (NDMP) was created by a first time mom with the goal of pushing aside the drama & stresses encountered daily and making the most of family & free time. Since it's launch it has further evolved from a play group into a Parenting Network, A Forum, A Family Event Calendar now all complimenting the playgroup initially in mind. Members refer to it as their one stop resource which now also includes a very active discussion board on Facebook for approved members. Don't take our word for it, check out our group reviews! 

NDMP welcomes new families to the area as well as family caregivers, introduces local businesses, offers numerous perks and is the only group that practices a SAFE application validation process for all applicants to our network. Supporting safety is another unique perk we offer to members.  We choose not to glamorize the necessity of safety with sparkly perky terms... but instead keep it very real since we know there are some people out there that need not apply to our children focused site.  

This meet up site is truly managed by ALL members as a way for us to collaborate, network & educate each other.  We do not institute a leadership structure on our members as we trust that they are here for the right reasons and that they posses the maturity level to contribute and build on our success.

Our calendar has over 3,000 events on it for a reason! Not to mention we have an 86% activity rate by current members. That's unheard of for a meetup group like ours in this area!!! When asked WHY and HOW... all we can tell you is these are amazing families with no pressures. They truly are here for the right reasons and our screening process and group concept works!

Our group members currently reside in Fairfield county with more slowly reaching its surrounding areas in Westchester thanks to word of mouth.  The ages of the children range from 0 (expectant parent) to about 8 years.  On occasion we have met older siblings up to 12 who cannot help but want to be part of our events! Member profiles are for families managed by either moms, dads, caregivers or all. So regardless of the age of your children, you are welcome to join at least for information and to meet other parents!

No Drama Mammas & Pappas of CT not only offers children events but also hosts many Parent only events. Moms Nights, Dads Nights, Family Nights, etc... We have our own book club for both adults and children (NDMP Little Readers)! We offer members own own exclusive recreational and art classes as well! In addition we also have "The Mamma Meal Train" and design special workshops for all ages, needs and interests! Here is a taste! The group has redefined "play dates" using creative and unique events allowing children/parents to enjoy their time together!
