Andrew, I didn't bother checking this page earlier since I missed the RSVP deadline, but it looks there are some spots available now. Will I be able to attend the meeting as long as I bring an iD?

Sorry, this meeting conflicts with another.

    Hi Andrew,

I thought I RSVP'd "Yes" to this event awhile ago. Checked the event just now to review the details and noticed my RSVP is set to "No". I was wondering if I could still attend in place of some of the others who have had a last minute conflict. I'm a BAH employee so I do not need a security badge.

    Thanks,
    Michael

Here is the schedule for tomorrow's event:

    6:00 - 7:00: Network, pizza, and refreshments
    7:00 - 8:15: Presentation
    8:15 - 8:30: Q&A
    8:30 - 8:45: Announcements and closing statements

As you enter the main entrance to the Booz Allen building we will have a station setup for you to check-in. Present a valid ID and you will be given your conference badge. We'll have people there to assist you in finding the conference rooms which will be on the 2nd floor. There will be signs to help you find your way as well.

I'm looking forward to seeing you all there!

As we are nearing capacity for this event, if you know you are not going to attend, and you have previously RSVPed "Yes", please adjust it so we can allow for others to attend.

The reservations will be locked on the 18th since I need to provide a list of all attendees to our security department so that badges can be created prior to the event. You will not be able to attend the presentation without having this temporary security badge.

** Important ** If your full name is not provided through your username, please email me your username and full name. Badges will not be provided without a full name.

We will have at least two people manning the badge table so that we can be as efficient as possible checking people in. You may arrive as early as 6:00 PM to check in. Food and beverages should be available around 6:30, and the presentation will begin promptly at 7:00 PM. Thank you for your cooperation.
