About us
Our Mission
We have assembled The RoundTable to positively impact our member’s businesses and the communities to which they belong. Because we believe in the power of COMMUNICATION, ENCOURAGEMENT, and COLLABORATION. Our members see dramatic increases in their confidence, focus, and professional growth not to mention, the empowering techniques they gain to tap into higher levels of passion and connection. These incredible values and benefits come via weekly networking breakfasts and luncheons, strategy sessions, ongoing training, creative thought-provoking brainstorming, idea sharing, problem-solving, and business development with the masterminds of other business professionals who help with accountability and team building. We provide a proven program for which they can build relationships and develop skills that they may not have experienced without being a member of #TheRoundTable TEAM. Our members gain a richer life professionally and personally through relationships with our members and leaders.
Our Vision
To become the world's premier professional development association helping to create the new standard of excellence for small business leadership and success.
Member's Creed
We will work together as a TEAM for the common goal of helping each member's business prosper through referrals. We will earn each other's trust and confidence by building strong relationships, educating one another about our businesses, and conducting ourselves in the highest professional and ethical manner. We will actively participate in positive and supportive ways and contribute to our TEAM to maximize every member's success. In this way...Together Everyone Achieves More.
We'll see you in the winner's circle!
