Greetings fellow Boston area Node.JS enthusiasts! It's been 3 months since our last meetup and its about time we got back together. Please join us on Thursday, February 12th at LogMeIn's HQ in Boston's Innovation District. We'll have great talks, food and as always, beer.

I'm very excited - we have a great lineup of speakers for our February meetup. So far, they include the following talks:

Ted Benson @ cloudstitch.io: 'Isomorphic Web Programming: A fancy word for a simple concept that unifies reactive applications'. Lessons learned from building a new platform.

Kevin Leary @ technologyreview.com: An overview of using full node stack including Express and Backbone.JS to build a style guide for technologyreview.com.

Jeff Schmitz @ wellist.com: Node.JS + AWS Lambda = large compute problem solutions. Lessons learned with AWS and solutions created.

Andrey Turovsky @ jisto, inc: "BinaryJail.IO - An automated system to build, run, and share containerized GUI applications"

Rebecca Turner @ npm, inc: 'Where I put your cheese: What to Expect from NPM v3' - breaking changes and serious improvements discussed.

I hope to see many of you back at LogMeIn, and I look forward to sending out an invite within the next few weeks for a Node.JS Project Night - tentatively scheduled for mid-late March!. Stay subscribed to the Boston Node.JS Meetup page for more details.

If anybody would like to still talk at the February Meetup (or a later date) or has ideas for Project Night in March, please contact me and we can try to accommodate. I am excited to continue to build a great Node.JS community in the Boston area!!

Brian
