Good talk. We should move QA to the end of the talk next time as I found the constant barrage of questions disruptive.

Eric was great, and his talk was interesting. Next time I think questions should be held until after the presentation.

Wish all first meetups were like this one: great presentation and discussion, awesome hosts, around the corner from work.

Great first meetup for BostonNodeJS. Good choice on introducing us to Nowjs. It's great Eric was able able to come and talk to us, and I appreciated the additional discussion on the architecture that I didn't find in the online documentation. Thanks for pizza and bzzr too!

I just happen to be in town so I'll be there!

Thanks for the suggestion Eric, unfortunately I'm flying into Boston on the 13th at 6pm, so will probably not make it in time to talk before the main presenter. Let's see how it goes, maybe there will be time towards the end.

It might also work to have Oleg present *before* the actual meetup. There's usually a bunch of people milling around early, and sometimes the pizza or presenter is late.

Hey Oleg, we'll see how we are for time. Typically with a speaker, we run close to 9:30pm and people start getting sleepy. I love lightning talks and they worked out really well at the last jQuery meetup. Perhaps our next meetup could be lightning talks?

Anyways lets see how we are for time and attention. =)

Will there be room for lightning talks towards the end of the meetup? I would be keen to give a quick intro to my Common Node project (olegp.github.com/common-node/).

I'm using nowjs with Node.js, CoffeeScript and Express to build a (what else) chat app. Nowjs has worked very well for me.

    I'm excited to come!

Today I used nowjs to hack together an arduino controlling an LED's color using a colorpicker on the client. Lines of code on the client, exactly 1! NowJS is pretty friggin sweet!

Le, pardon I thought it was Eric Zhang who created that last one. You can understand my mistake. This meetup is scheduled, sponsored and located. We're rolling with this. If you have any ideas for the future, please feel free to suggest in the comments. I have disabled the community from being able to create events, since its confusing and obviously not structured. If you have any further concerns please email them to me.
