Hi all,

We're hosting a NodeSchool (http://nodeschool.io/) hack night. This is great if you're new to NodeJS or if you've got something that you want to work on with the community.

You will work through practical and fun tutorials on your own laptop with the help and support of experienced NodeJS developers. The lessons will comprise of several exercises for you to complete at your own pace. No previous Node experience is required, but some familiarity with JavaScript would be helpful.

NodeSchool

NodeSchool.io (http://nodeschool.io/) is an open source community that helps interested beginners learn NodeJS from scratch through a fun, hands-on workshop.

Prerequisites

• A laptop (Mac, Windows, and Linux are all supported)
• Download and install NodeJS from http://www.nodejs.org/download/

Mentors

Mentors will be on hand to help you get setup, ask questions, and assist you in your NodeJS adventure.
