International NodeBots Day 2015

We're going to get together once again to collaborate and hack on JavaScript-controlled robots. The focus of NodeBots Day is on sharing and enjoying each other's company. And JavaScript. Lots of JavaScript.

This event is friendly for all ages and experience levels. There will be kits to use during the day for building Sumobots, or you're welcome to bring your own parts to make a NodeBot of your choosing.

This year we will also be including an introduction to NodeCopters!

Tentative Schedule:

10:00am - 12:00pm - Intro and sumobot robot build. NodeCopter demonstrations and introduction.

12:00pm - 1:30pm - Lunch and Beginner/Kids Exhibition Match (great if you can't stay all day!)

1:30pm - 3:00pm - Advanced hack, upgrade, and build. More NodeCopters.

3:00pm - 5:00pm - Snacks, drinks and "Battle of the Robots!"

This event and all food/drinks are completely free due to the support of our hosts, sponsors, and volunteers. So that everyone has an opportunity to participate, we will be asking that attendees share robot kits and work together on projects.
