Pt. Pinole (Sunday Hike)

Primarily an on-leash trail, with the undeveloped areas being listed as off-leash (based off bahiker.com). "Parking fee of $5 charged when entrance kiosk is staffed. $2 dog fee." The hike is in the Richmond area.

This hike is partially off-leash and partially on-leash.

If you get lost or come late to the park, my cell is 415-408-8732. We will gather behind the ranger station where the park map is located.

Notes from last hike here:

1. Though it is great to support the EB Parks, if money is an issue, there is free parking at the detention facility next to the park. This is acceptable by the county and the park.
2. Dogs can be leash free for most of the hike; the only time they are required to be on leash is on the paved areas, which is from the parking lot to the trails. The dirt trails around the 3.5 mile perimeter are off leash.
