Are you looking for a NETWORKING EXPERIENCE that offers more than just trading business cards? If so, you are cordially invited to attend North County Women In Networking. NCWIN is a member-based organization that empowers and supports female professionals and provides social engagement in a diverse and positive environment, as well as promoting philanthropy through service and charitable giving.
We hold monthly events on the 2nd Wednesday of each month from 11:30am-2:00pm.
NCWIN believes that growing your business should and can be a pleasant, fun and warm experience. In addition to providing women with an opportunity to grow their professional network, NCWIN is promoting philanthropy through service and charitable giving.
NCWIN meets once a month on the 2nd Wednesday from 11:30 AM - 2:00 PM at the beautiful Shadowridge Golf Club. Each meeting includes:
- 30 minutes of networking prior to the formal meeting
- Member spotlight presentations & member Marketplace Tables
- Member 30-second introductions & visitor introductions
- Door prize opportunity drawings
- Outstanding educational speakers, focusing on today's most relevant business topics
- Delicious menu including vegetarian options
- Connection with North County's most dynamic women in business

Bring Your Bling - Tea Party and Fundraiser
1980 Gateway Dr, Vista, CA, USJoin us on Wednesday, May 13th for one of NCWIN’s most anticipated and joy-filled events of the year — our “Bring Your Bling” Tea Party Fundraiser.
This lively luncheon is all about connection, community, and giving back, wrapped in a fun and festive tea party atmosphere.
Browse our curated “Bring Your Bling” boutique featuring gently loved jewelry, scarves, purses, and accessories donated by our community. Guests are encouraged to bring an item to contribute, then shop, discover treasures, and support a meaningful cause.
Wear your festive hat and join the fun! @e’ll be hosting a Hat Contest!Get ready for our crowd-favorite Dessert Dash, adding a little friendly competition to our fundraising efforts. All proceeds from the boutique and activities will support NCWIN’s nonprofit partners, helping fund meaningful work right here in our community.
