North OC REI Meeting w/ Guest Speaker, Christopher Suh

In addition to our standing agenda, we're pleased to welcome guest speaker Christopher Suh, Real Estate Broker and Owner of Dot Realty, Dot Property Management and OutYard Invest, LLC. Christopher is a licensed real estate professional and an active investor. He'll be speaking to the group on finding local multi-unit deals, turning troubled properties around, increasing their value and managing them afterwards. Christopher invests locally and out of state and will also speak on Out-of-State Buy and Holds with High Returns. We'll also discuss any active deals our members wish to share and have ample time for networking. See you there!
