Can't believe 2015 is right around the corner.

I have made my list of new goals and the majority of them include OPTIMAL HEALTH! Losing weight and better health is got to be on almost everyone's wish list!

Come join me

I am looking for some dedicated ladies to join me on my quest for a better and healthier 2015~!

I want to get off of HBP pills, lower my cholesterol and blood sugars, and like this is not asking to much, lose weight at the same time.

I will be polling the group of ladies that want to join me on what exercise program they are interested (yoga, hip hop dance, boxing etc.) and try to arrange.

I am thinking we can start a Facebook private page where we can share how we are doing, with food, weight, measurements and exercise. We can cheer each other on.

We could also have a contest! I know I do better with a challenge, we could have monthly weigh-ins for prizes.

What have you got to lose, except weight, let's do this together and get some results.

I will be incorporating TSFL into my strategy, (you do not have to), so we will have 10 minutes talking about TSFL. Again, you do not have to be on program to participate in our optimal health quest.

This is a restaurant and a meal is required, even if it is a slice of pizza and a tonic:)
