I just wanted to let you know that I have added a couple more workouts to my boot camp schedule for anyone interested in getting in better shape for the next adventure, another sport, or just life in general.
A little description of the boot camps offered:The Morning Madness workouts focus on all-around strength building, targeting the legs, core, and upper-body. These are designed with the beginner in mind, but with some extra effort can satisfy the more conditioned individual as well.
If you are in pretty good shape already, are looking to train for the upcoming Super Spartan and Tough Mudder, or you just want to take your training to the next level, my new Obstacle Race Workouts are just for you. These workouts target all muscle groups, but really focus on training the legs and core (critical for Obstacle Races as well as hiking/trail running).
So, come on out and join us. The first workout is free, then it's $15 per session or 10/$100. If after a few sessions, you aren't totally satisfied, I will insist you accept a full refund.

Side note: I just ran the Spartan Sprint in Malibu and have realized that spear throwing must be worked into the Obstacle Race training!
